Listen, ...during the Pandemic, ..."you did the right thing during a Bad Time"

...because as a business owner, you didn't lay-off or fire your employees ...during the COVID-19 epidemic of 2020 & 2021.

...you held onto your employees while the pandemic raged on.

Not surprisingly, ...many, many other businesses simply laid-off or just completely fired their employees.

This left many families devastated by losing sometimes, their only breadwinner.  Creating havoc and more saddness for families and disruption to businesses.

You did a good thing at a bad time.

A lot of other companies didn't ...and it destroyed families.

A lot of people were left off very badly at this time.  We had this mystery sickness going around the country that was actually killing people!

Right? !!   Remember!!  If you think about it,  ...that's pretty damn scary!

Now, ...thank goodness for Employers like you!! ...that were brave enough to maintain course and stay consistent and still pay their people During the time of the Pandemic ...because they all had families to take care of.

I don't know about how other businesses feel about the people that work for them, ...they and their families.

I don't know if you ever were an employer ...or had employees before,   or do have any employees now  ...but I don't see employees as an expense to the company.

I see employees as 4 other mouths to feed, ...to take care of the 2.2 or 2.3 kids or whatever they have to support their home.

You realised as an Employer,  that If you take out the breadwinner ...out of a family and lay them off, fire them, get rid of them, or whatever.

There will usually be 2 kids or 3 kids that are left starving, ...and usually with a wife or spouse left crying & suffering ...and wondering how they will manage the bills, their homelife and their money.

This was the way it was.  A real live fact of the matter dilema that we ALL faced during the pandemic time.

Now,  as a responsible Employer, ...you did the right thing in a bad time ...and I just want to make sure that you FULLY UNDERSTAND how to take full advantage of this opportunity that has been given to you.

There's not very many times that the government is just willing to give you a credit for something that happened.

Now, I hope we never go through it again. I hope we never have another pandemic while I'm on this earth, but we were ALL there in 2020 and 2021.

And I want to make sure that you get full credit. For what you're owed and for what you deserve,

So, because you cared enough for your employees, ...and because you kept your people employed throughout the time of the pandemic, ...

It Has NOW Become Your Turn to Benefit!!, ...and the government is essentially saying:

"...since you were good enough to support & RETAIN your employees (both Full & Part-time) ...during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and by paying them W-2 wages during the pandemic, ..then we will NOW SUPPORT YOU & YOUR BUSINESS  ...by providing you with a Great Cash Reward Benefit"

Application Deadline

The ERTC had initially expired on December 31, 2020, but it was extended and expanded through legislative changes in late 2020 and early 2021. As of now, the ERTC is available for eligible employers for W-2 wages paid between March 13, 2020, and December 31, 2021. This means that there is still time to apply for the ERTC tax credit for eligible periods.

The Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) has been an important relief measure for businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a valuable tax credit that can provide financial assistance to eligible employers to help them retain their employees and keep their businesses running. However, many business owners are concerned if it is too late to apply for this tax credit.

Understanding the ERTC

The ERTC was introduced as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act in March 2020. It was designed to support businesses that were affected by the pandemic and encourage them to retain their employees. The tax credit is based on qualified W-2 Quarterly wages paid to eligible employees and can be claimed against the employer's share of their Social Security taxes.

Qualifying for the ERTC

Not all businesses are eligible for the ERTC tax credit. To qualify, a business must meet certain criteria:   If ANY of these points affected your Business during COVID, ...then you should at least apply to see an ESTIMATE of How Much MONEY you could possibly expect to receive in a Refund:

Additionally, there may be some other limitations and requirements based on the number of employees and the amount of quarterly wages paid. It is crucial that we consult with you in person after you fill out our online questionaire.

After sending us a completed online questionaire form,  we will call you back in person and also notify you by email that your free estimate has begun.

By going through our questionaire and through speaking directly with one of our Account Executives,   who,  ...will contact you directly by telephone & email after you finish filling out our online questionaire form,  ...we will endevour to get you both the best MAXIMUM and POSSIBLE refund ESTIMATE for you.

The fact is, ...that once we have all of your best information ...we may then be able to refer to the official IRS guidelines to determine if your business EVEN qualifies for the ERTC funding.

ERTC APPLICATION PROCESS

The application process for the ERTC tax credit depends on the Quarterly W-2 payroll tax process of each business. Most eligible employers must then begin the claim of the tax credit by reporting it on an AMMENDED employment tax return, typically Form 941. This tax credit can be used to offset the employer's share of Social Security taxes, and any excess can be refunded or carried forward.

It is advisable to work with a certified public accountant (CPA) or a knowledgeable tax professional who can guide you through the ERTC application process and ensure that you meet all of the requirements.

As you can surmise,  not all CPA's or Tax Profwssionals are knowledgeable ENOUGH in the ways of applying for the ERTC Refund.  Most will have to wing it just to get through the time involved, ...and POSSIBLY MISS large amounts of MONEY that would have otherwise gone to You directly,  ...through mistakes and costly errors!  Which you WILL END UP PAYING FOR ANYWAY ...as they will charge you Alot just for time and discovery!

This is where we at ERTC EXPRESS LLC can help you out!  We go through 3 INDEPENDANT CPA's to calculate the correct eligible tax credit amount for you and will assist you in completing all of the necessary forms accurately.  That is all we do! - File accurate and ACCOUNTABLE Ammended 941 Forms for our clients!

Can I Still Apply for the ERTC Tax Credit? - Why use ERTC Express Services?

Can I Still Apply for the ERTC Tax Credit? - Why use ERTC Express Services?

Many businesses have been severely affected by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. To provide some financial relief, the U.S. government introduced the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) as part of the CARES Act. The ERTC enables eligible businesses to claim a refundable tax credit for wages paid to employees. However, as time goes on, many business owners may wonder if it is still possible to apply for the ERTC tax credit. This article aims to provide information on the availability of the ERTC and the benefits of using ERTC Express Services to streamline the application process.

Availability of the ERTC Tax Credit

The ERTC has been extended multiple times since its introduction. Initially, it was available for wages paid between March 13, 2020, and December 31, 2020. The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, further extended the credit availability until June 30, 2021. Additionally, the American Rescue Plan Act extended the ERTC until December 31, 2021, allowing businesses to continue claiming the credit for eligible wages paid during this period.

It is important to note that businesses cannot claim the ERTC for the same wages they claimed for other COVID-19 relief programs, such as the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). However, businesses that received PPP loans may still qualify for the ERTC for wages that are not forgivable under the PPP.
